Hype, and actually getting to see guys like Mike Slowe, and Rickey Gadson ride.
Not all they are cracked up to be in my opinion, except just being there when guys like that are there. NHRA bracket racing is more competitive I feel than the Pro ET at prostar. I only went to one event though. I may run the TX shootout next year..............

participation and support is falling. something needs to happen to get more interest and qwick. Rickey G made some very good comments on it in another website. The stands were empty in atl. and in mem. this year.

I read some fellas talking about they would not allow grudge racing between races... why would they not allow that?

Lots of grudge bikes wont pass tech, some of the riders dont have lic. Ins purposes.
Local events will pay out more than prostar, with less entry, and you end up racing against some of the same guys anyway as far as your average et racer goes, so thats why I dont go anymore. I have won 2 grand this year at local events, and plan on winning that much more if I have any say about it.......

Scooter kizer (who owns?/ is in charge of prostar ) is an asshole. His policies and attitude is the reason prostar will eventually go down the shitter, in my opinion.
