found the answer
I found the answer on the Dymag wheels. I talked to Andrew at Superbike Racing (last spoke to him last fall). Dymag experienced several failures of the sprocket carrier assembly on Hyabusas. They have come out with a warranty upgrade sprocket carrier and a heavier drive side bearing to replace the original one. A notice was posted on the Hyabusa site
in January, but none on the ZX-12 site. The magnesium wheel is rated for 350 HP and the new carrier and bearing assembly will have the same 350 HP rating. Thanks for the help.
