woo-HOO, my Harbor freight bike lift arrived!

Too bad I won't get home for week to see it, but #2 son was there to help get the 1000# crate into the garage.

It comes with a shitty front wheel vice but $110 to Handy solves that issue;

Here is a pic of Smithabusa's lift (Harbor Freight + Handy)
(mine is the same but with a better looking bike .

$440 delivered incl the Handy vice, and I solved my wife's quandry over what to get me for X-mas!

Ho-ho-ho

I have bought the same model here in Sweden, it is ok. Have you bought the one with pneumatic lift?

Ken,
yep it is a nice looking Busa, no idea what it runs; i saw his post on SH.org a few weeks ago and decided to buy the lift and vice based on his experience.

HF was selling the lift on sale for $299+ shipping (about $330); the Handy vice was about $110 additional. I don't know if it is still on sale???

I was just trying to help my wife avoid the stress of what to get me for Christmas.

Right now I am waiting on Jeroen (the FAMOUS Jeroen) to arrive at my hotel so we can go for grub & beers. Amsterdam is cold as a witch's tit in Sweden. brrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Karl,

I've got one just like it and HATE the standard vise set-up. Could you give me the info on the Handy vise you got?
Thanks,
Dan

Gunner is prob right that others (like Northern) have the vice, but the folks at Handy are REAL customer focused, i like to support em.
Karl

BTW: I just checked Northern's pricing: $124.99 (on sale)...
