First Ride today with Everything!
New Fairing, 4-2-1 Hindle Sidewinder, Data Logger and Lock up clutch.
Finished installing everything (Not perfect ) last night . More work needs to be done cause Entropy sold me that Lock up and nothing on that side fit!! Shame on you Karl (Thanks also) I scraped the pipe on the first slow right turn I made and then never scraped again. I will hose clamp a piece of steel on that corner of pipe. If the bike had not been lowered I would never have scraped. Thanks to Bergie I operated the clutch with no weights and no problems. I need to clear up 4K to 5 K RIch and Idle and back for another ride! Pictures later!

Hi Vincent...Today we had high humidity and 80+ temperatures and I ran a 163 on the dyno.. I have a full muzzy system and a PC3r... is this good? ok? average... will it be closer to 170 or 175 in winter conditions.... 14k miles.
Thanks for your input

I was thinking 170 plus based on what I see on these sites... does the conditions affect the output that much?

The Dyno is "Supposed" to adjust for conditions and Add HP when bad and take away when good.
Was this HP SAE? If it was, what was the "Correction" factor.
12r1 yes your bike may make 25 or more "REAL" Hp on a Cold day but the Dyno should show close to the same

That is a great question. For the first time in 3 years, I do not think so. Pierre (Bear Racing) sponsored me to be there and they are not going (As far as I know) so I will not be there. Even if he did not sponsor me but was going to be there I would be there

vince,
which data logger? what functions are you logging(besides AF & RPM)?
I have found that "watching" the AF numbers as you ride is not only kinda dangerous, but kinda worthless. MUCH better to log it and review the log afterwards. AF jumps around alot, good to smooth the graph just a titch, then make assessment.
I had my bike on Spaz's dyno at Memphis and my LM-1 recorded AF's VERY close to the dyno readings. This is good.
Where did you mount yr AF sensor?? Not alot of options on the BDE SW, eh?

That Spaz is good people. He is selling that dyno. Karl, you should buy it(I'm pretty good at spending money when it isn't mine). :P
That way when we come down for the Texas shootout we can do some dyno tuning at your house before the race...
