Soon as the right turbo shows up I'm gonna fire this pile of crap up. 
Should be at least as fast as a Rebel 250.

Believe its a PTE56 if im not mistaken yet...thats the part we are waiting on.

Osti I short shifted through 3 gears and went 8.70. I'm trying again tonite. 1080cc, blow-thru carb, 64".
Not sure what a PTE56 is... I'll investigate tho.

Precision Turbo and Engine I think (garret if im not mistaken)....its basically the same turbo off his 911 (although that uses two).
Im sure tracy can chime in here when he wakes up....it was on his recommendation

Ohyea..on a side note for those that care....I procured a couple of free rooms for the 9th through the 12th at the Hampton Inn in Lexington Park

I don't have hotel reservations yet. I better get on that. Where is everyone else staying? I have no problem getting a room at the Hampton if that is where most of the group is going to be.

No, not a 56. It is one of the SC series turbos, being made to our spec to support a range of power in line with what this bike should be capable of. I can tell you about it next time I see you Dean if you like... posting what turbo you are using on an internet message board is pretty much asking for a bunch of bench racer morons to tell you why its the wrong one LOL. Not that there are any of those here, but you know what I mean.

hehe...for anyone else staying...I think the hampton was a bit pricey compared to other locations near MIR (100ish a night vs 70 or so for a holiday inn)...and ive never stayed there...so I dunno...but they seem to charge 20,000 points per night for a stay...so they think mighty highly of themselves (that pimp Embassy Suites in Alexandria wasnt even 20k a night).
Always room with us Deano....currently Sterbator, Krissten and TB are in the group along with us at the hotel.

Dean went like a 8.8x @ 170.00mph last night. (He'd make a pass while we were loading up so I only saw that one run.
I went 9.36/7/8 last night. Krissten went a 9.80
It was really humid and moist. Mine was down almost 2mph in the 1/8th.

The track was pretty slick, I didn't hook up ONCE at the line all night, but leaving a little soft and rolling in to it helped, and 10psi. I ran an 8.81 @ 169 and 8.83 @ 170, with 1.63-1.68 short times. More to come I hope. Big fun

It hooked for me, so much that it bogged to varying degrees every run. Either that or I really gotta work on my junk, lol.

It is.
Spyral found out a while back that he can't go. Instead of posting it on the board, he sold his spot to a local guy. I think the issue here is that the spots are full, other Bikeland members missed out, and they didn't get a chance to get in on a spot that came open.
Basically, Spyral apparently didn't want to post that he wasn't going. So Keith was just gonna show up in his spot. Now, Keith has posted here, just not as a regular member. Personally, I have no real issue with him going, as he's a friend and a good guy. However, it wasn't exactly fair to others who are regular participating DBZ members. It's not really fair to Keith either as I doubt he was informed of the details of the event and may not feel welcome now, when he did nothing wrong.

It's all good, but it would be better if Tom/Keith would email me with bike details, number, T shirt size, etc. There are bound to be last minute changes. Yep!
If someone from DBZ is pissed cause they can't come, its news to me.
