Pictures of my TURBO ZRX...

Been UN-real busy for months...
Here's some pictures of my bike...

As it sits...Pump Gas 9-10 PSI...190Hp/133FtLbs...
C-12, Timming out 14PSI...220+ and 152+ torq...
NEVER have loved a (Street) Bike so much...never-ever...
FUN Fun fun...
Powers up in second (1-tooth up on front) at about 50 MPH...shift 3rd and 4th in the air...so far I've had it up to 140MPH before the wheels touches down...only letting off because it was drifting off to side of road...
LOVE IT!!!!!!

yes... the bike is a blast to ride on the street.

Its very unsuspecting... and 99% of all big bore street bikes would have trouble keeping the Rex insight....

Thank You ALL...

I absolutely LOVE this bike...
Yes it has a Lock-up Clutch...NEEEDS it with all the torq it has...
If the motor (tranny) isn't spinning fast enough in high gear when I screw the throttle on...it will slip the clutch even with the lock the way I have it set-up (softer than stock springs)...

Thanks again folks

ChargeTube doesn't get hot enough to burn...
It takes constant boost for MANY seconds to get hot...it's steel also...which takes longer to heat-up than alluminum...
I'm "short legged" so I have to realy squeeze in tight to even touch it while ridding...
Leg is no where near it while stopped...charge tubes only "see heat" while under boost so...it is actually cooling off any time it's not on positive pressure...

The kit came from Turbo-Tec...do a search he has a site..."Turbotecusa" I think???
AeroDyne (manufacture of turbo itself) is out of business now

I like the blue ones the best, but than I never seen one yet in carbon firbre any progress to report on my slow suzuki I will be busy plumbing all weekend and the weather is cool so I know no mapping yet. I got an e-mail today, a newer revision of the airbox "widget" is out waiting on details-it does work. I just hope it does not cause interfere with the spray.

Oh, back to your post..Your bike is sweet!

which Aerodyne are you using?
if its the smaller one then be careful about overspeeding the turbo. the smaller one is only good to about 225HP after that you seriously risk overspeeding it..
The 6600 series( I think it is) is good to about 350HP
I used an Aerodyne when I turboed my ZX9.

He knows about the overspinning issue - unfortunately. The numbers above are for my ZRX with a Garrett turbo, not his Aerocharger. I think he does have the bigger compressor housing on his unit now though.

What kind of power did your ZX9 make? Bet that was a handful.
