That is sure preferable, but i worry that early enthusiasm 6 mo before the event will will be replaced by some well meaning folks with "damn, something came up" when time to travel comes.

I'd like to see about 20 bikes, and hope we can get em from bikeland, but i REALLY want to see this happen.

I say whatever it takes to make it happen. I know how the "something came up thing" goes. Just hate for it to kill something that could be alot of fun.

Early July is no good for me. Everything else is workable.

Friday would be good too.

Figuring what Bergie said... $1800 for 2 lanes comes out to $90/ bike for 20 bikes. Not bad at all!

we seem to be zero-ing in on MIR, and although its a haul for me, i 110% support it.

I looked at MIR's site and they say track rentals are avail Fri's & Mon's (and other week days). Soooooo, fri or monday?????

It would be cool to find out when Jason Miller is planning on his 2005 classes (if he is gonna have em). If we could put our day near one o' his, it would be coool, if not, oh, well. But worth a thought.

*****Hey guys and girls, this is important please read!!!*****

Make sure you do all your maintenance, put in fresh clutches, get plenty of your VP fuel, new tires if you need, and anything else you usually need or think you would need!!!

Dont travel hundreds of miles to work on your bike...Its all about having fun kicking each others asses on the DragStrip
