Lowering a busa front end w/out straps
Is strapping the ONLY way or is there a way to lower the front so the bike is rideable on the street when lowered?
The local suzi dealers says it can't be done. ?????
Thanks

Straps is the least costly way to lower the front of the Busa but, Schnitz Racing ph 18008379730 has an adj. upper triple clamp that allows the Busa front end to be lowered. Don't quote me on this but I believe you can lower it 1.5". Quite costly around $300. In another board, someone was making spacers that fit under the handle bars which allowed the forks to slide up. hope this helps.

The Motorhead makes some inexpensive spacers or you could just make your own. The upper triple clamp with the holes for the fork tubes is around $200 delivered. Nice piece too. I believe the MH sells the spacers for about $100.
