>Have you guys ever came out with the dry nitrous controller for the ZX-12? I was told a while back ago that you were working on one. Now I see it's out for the 10. There are still a lot of us out here runnning some fast ZX-12's with a dry shot. Now the season for tear down. What's the deal?

The zx12 controller is now available.
On a stock motor with good pistons (because the stock ones are crap) you will be able to make about 245 hp.
More if needed.

Cool ! What about the valves ? Will the stk valves handle more than a 40 shot ?

245, that's only about 65hp. considering that most piped, tuned 12 make 175-180. He did say more if needed. I wonder what has to be done to get more, prpbably a muzzy fuel pump.

I think the controller was somewhere in the $300 range, but don't quote me on that.

So, let me get this right. With a weisco 1270 kit I should just change out my retainers and valve springs and I should be alright to spray a 60-70 shot ? Everybody's opinion is welcome . I need all the help I can get with this NOS thing.

Someone needs to get a hold of KingZX12 from the ZX-12.org site. I haven't heard from him in a while but he had two 12's on the squeeze for quite a while. Probably has a lot of data built up.

768, with that big of a shot, you're probably going to want to take out some ignition when you hit it. I would not trust a PCIIIR to do that.

I would Cheese but, I'm trying to stay simple wit it. This will be my first NOS anything. I know a wet system is supposed to give more power, but I just don't know anything about it. Would a stk motor take it ?

the a&j controller will work for wet also. the good thing is it ties to your sensors, gear selection, throttle position and then it works like the standard progressive. it can turn on in any gear or throttle position and then operate in progressive mode. its about time we 12 guys get a few toys like the busa guys.
