oil in my air box
what can you do to keep oil out of your air box i was told that it was coming for my crank case because of to much pressure (2000 zx1290 wet nos)

pull the oil hose off the air box and vent it; plug the hole.

Like those guys say... plug the vent in the back and let the crankcase vent into the air with one of those little K&N filters.

Yep yep...Always amazes me how Kawi expects the crankcase to vent into a PRESSURIZED airbox..

so you are saying plug the hole in the air box an put a filter on the hose that run to the air box an let it hang on the side of the bike or where do i put it

yes do plug the airbox hole, and yes do put a filter on the cc vent hose.
You might want to run a bit longer hose and have it end someplace where a bit of oil won't disturb you. oil fumes do get through the filter and will slick things up just a tad.
