Just got back from 2 days at the Cheeseman's.
random observations:
- i'd never seen Play dough squirt out of a spark plug hole - COOL
- contrary to the laws of physics, small steel parts (like the key for the alternator rotor) CAN evaporate
- Silent statement about my riding skills; Fri nite Cheese put me in the Pink Room with a very impressive Barbie collection... hmmmm, i did sleep well...
- Cheeseman married well: On Sat nite he was supposed to join his wife & 2 lil weezers at a cub scout camp-out 2 hours away; Cheesewife called and said "don't bother to come, its been raining constantly, tent is leaking, everything is soaked, but things are under control; keep playing with the bikes".
- When I got back home wife had a fresh jug of J&B waiting for me. "Mi amor, you must need a whiskey-cito, such a long drive..."
(seems like JC & I both got lucky in the wife Dept)
Great weekend at Cheeseman's.
To be continued; Cheese is rounding up a few parts, and I have a bunch of frequent flyer miles to add to my account.
Cheeseman: Thanks much for yer hospitality; VERY much appreciated!!!!!

the hell with clearance!
Let them damn Kibblewhite valves earn their keep. Stainless steel is harder than aluminum, so why not let the valves make their own pockets???? fire that sumbitch up and lets see what happens!

John,
grab the blue bottle off Ralf's bike and flood the ram tubes with juice as you are spinning the starter. You just need a little more combustion chamber pressure to force the valves and pistons "over the hump".
I paid $18 EACH for those ss Kibblewhite valves; NO WAY they are gonna get hurt!!!
