forks

What is the lowest you can go in the tubes of a zx12. The front end is compressed to 1.5" and I am at 2" out the top of the tree. But I need to go lower.
What other forks fit a 12 that does not tapper like the 12.

oh...I was under the assumption that you could lower it a lot more with the internal mod than 1.5"

Not to mention youd be hitting the snorkel at this point....tried to just strap it down?

Maybe I am not saying it right. I have it spraped and the front seal is 1.5" from the bottom of the front. So it will not compress any more than that. To lower it more I have to slide it down through the front tubes. And right now I have front lowered 2" in the tree.
