Thanks man!

I just love drag racing,so I go and play around alot. The ironic thing is I had a pretty fast T/A...It had headers, cam all the bolt ons and 150 shot of Nitrous. Put down 490rwhp/626rwtq on bottle and I could not drive that thing for crap! Ran 12.1 @ 126 mph......on 315 drag radials....haha, I sucked bad.

The bike for some reason is different, I just feel more comfortable on it. I smoked alot of 1000's on my R6, It went 6.66 @ 109 with a slip on, power commander and down 1 tooth in the front.

To DragRace Motorcycles is cheap speed, faster speed, less maintenance, more challenging...Most of all you can drive it to the strip beat the crap out of it and ride home...Unless you trailer it and all you need is a car to pull the trailer, not a 3500 truck to pull car trailer and car...Sheesh Dragracing a car is soo costly, its a wonder why they do it...lol...

That's no joke!!!!!! 1 back tire = 180.00 installed
2 drag Radials = 432.00 installed.
1 car clutch = 800.00+ installed
1 OEM bike clutch 200.00+ installed.

From seeing TFA riders at the track - I would think that realistic goal would be 10.40's. Any lower than that, you are running it....

We can see just the 50lb difference between kzz1 and I in our time slips. The 50lbs has made up to 2 tenths (depending on the bike). You could very well have a 1/2 second slower time than a little lightweight rider would.

There was a big guy (I would guess 350+) at a Prostar event. He had the very same set up/length/motor work as our Busa. This guy rode the crap out of that bike (He was running it..) He ran 9.50's - 9.60's while I was running 8.90's (that day). I thought his times were freaking awesome for a true TFA member and he was using every pony in that bike.

Good luck and have fun.

6.20 on a stock wheelbase ZX10? thats pretty insane.

6.27 actually. My previous best was a 6.29. It is stock wheelbase right now. I weigh about 140- 145 with all my gear.

I just read up on Ryan web page on how he launches and it's quite different from mine, so I am going to try his way next time out.

where at on his web site
