Any idea what might be my problom I just installed this system on my zx12 , it works great when the bike is on the rear stand ,an it still works great when it sit on it well its on the rear stand, but when I go out on the road it will only shift at rpms lower than 2500 above that an it wont shift at all or only if you trigger it 5or 6 times it will some times shift ,you hear the air but it wont even try to shift . I checked for pinched lines .... thats also why I tryed shifting it well sitting on it well it was on the rear stand . Help any ideas. Don

How much air pressure are you running at the air valve??? You need any where from 140 to 160 for the 1-2 gear shift. JMOP

sounds like your kill time is off.
There is no load on the trans while on the stand same at low speed/rpm.
The purpose of the kill is to unload the trans to allow the shift.

an example of this is when footshifting guys put pressure on the shifter
then burp the throttle to shift. more pressure will require less kill but can
hurt parts more easily. i think the MRE shifter stated 120 psi.

ditto. I think that your kill time is off. Max out the kill time on the box just as a test. If that doesn't work, then something else is wrong.

How many of you have seen the Muzzy digi kill?
WOW this thing is small, about the size if a
credit card and less that 1/2 inch thick.
no backfire on shifts. Darn Muzzys will not let me
save any money.
