exhaust system for a 12r
hey guys i just got a 04 12r and love it i going to change a few things the first one is the exhaust i am looking at 3 systems need some help on makeing my choice. arata, hindle, M4, they are all full systems, thanks burt

I would go with the Akra for the over all, looks,fit,finish . If its power, go with the stepped hindle.

You might also want to consider the Micron Serpent. I hear from a couple of performance shops that it's a good pipe for the 12.

Of the 3, I'd ask for dyno charts, but I would probably go Arata.
Hindle if you're on a budget.
M4's can be pretty loud, but also can make real good power. I'm not sure about their fit/finish.

I had Muzzy on my 2000, now have Akrapovic on my 2002...
Akrapovic is definately the way to go!!!

I'd pay money to see same day, same bike dyno charts of the best exhaust systems.

They're all over priced and way over rated go with what your pocket book will feel comfortable with and be happy with the one you pick. I chose the best deal and the best customer support . Muzzy !

My opinion.....both the Hindle race pipe and the Ti force are the bees knees. I have one of each on my 2 12r's and love them. The Ti force has a snortier sound and has a full 2 1/4" outlet. Both pipes make awesome power. The fit and finish on the Ti force is better than the Hindle but is about $500 USD more than the Hindle.
