where to mount
I was looking at the 12's handlebars and was wondering where everybody has been mounting their shift lights and tether cutouts?Yeah I know, with a subject titled like this it will probably be hijacked to concerned citizens for Harry.

Tether goes on the left bar due to the brake cylinder on the throttle side...But you could use a coiled color key chain screwed into the shutoff switch above the start button for $3.00...Shift light goes on top of the gadges, take off the windscreen for the mounting of the light...

I didnt think of that, then put it on either side of the guages, so you see it in the corner of your eye...

I like the shiftlight as central in my field of view as possible; got it on top of the guages , in the middle, under the screen. I'd put the thing in my helmet if i could I also have the brightest light i could get & don't find it blinds me, but i wanna shift as soon as it comes on. that way I can set it close to the limiter.
I've got the kill-tether on the r bar, and shift button on the left.
