Is it strength? endurance?
Was wondering why there are so few women in motorcycle roadracing, specially at the AMA level. They've had great success in drag racing, no doubt.

Or maybe bad odds.
Few drag racers go down.
Most road racers go down.
Roadrace buddy says "if you haven't crashed you're not going fast enough".
Almost sounds like it part of the plan. LOL

I dont know... maybe because shopping malls out number roadrace tracks 50 to 1??

I have seen a few chick track racers on the net....I personally like the acceleration factor. Curves are fun to play around but is not my personal favorite.
The crashing part does not scare me but it does seem like one hell of a work out. 4 hours around Deals Gap kicked my butt!
Maybe it is endurance swift!!

Hi Ang! Good answer. Most sprint races are only 10-15 laps long. And you get to drag race the front straight every lap!

its a good thing for us TFA members that there arent more chicks doing roadcourses....talk about a serious weight advantage.....I would be almost 100 lbs heavier than a lot of the women that would ride.....that sucks, my 600 just cant make up that kind of difference....

unlike you Turboblewmegood, men dont have periods.....and unlike yourself, osme of us TFA guys tip the scales at around 200lbs.... Jeannie Garcia, who used to race and is now an roadcourse instructor with the Ed Bargy school is just barely 100lbs.....so in my computing of math, 200 lbs-100lbs=100lbs.....I know you are in FL, but you see hwo those numbers work right????
Even if the women weighed in at 130lbs....I still got 70lbs on her....and it takes half a hide of a cow to cover my fat ass in leather....so my gear weighs more as well.....

So I take it Harry's leathers are composed of the other 3 1/2 cows hide? Or did he get them made that large so you can fit inside with him too??
