When you get your thottal bodies bored out to 48mm will the Bear or Muzzy NOS stacks still fit?

entropy,
The 1361 that my sons ran 208+ at Maxton has 48mm TB's, the bike "carburetes" great on the street. Only thing is that several things were done at the same time so it's hard to tell how much they helped by themselves.
If I had a big engine, I'd run them.

entropy,
It's a friends 12......but I wish it was mine!
A local guy here in TN did the work and he bought the stacks from Bear. Bear also does the bore jobs.

Remember, there are 2 ways to bore the throttle Bodies. Most here bore the center to 48 MM which has no effect on the opening and the standard Bear or Muzzy stacks fit. If you Bore them the way Bear does, he takes 1 mm all the way around stating at the entry and follows the profile. Then you need the larger Stacks!

Hey Vincent,
Speaking of stacks.......Hope you don't think I've forgot about borrowing those two from you!
Things have been so busy and crazy around here with work and all I haven't got any time on the dyno but I'm planning on it, promise!
Just let me know if you need them back and I'll mail them right away. I've got to adjust my valves, thinking about installing a manual cam chain tensioner too. If you don't need them back right now, I'll get to my valves and schedule some dyno time. Chad's first race is in G'ville in two weeks then hopefully I'll get some free time after that. Let me know.
Thanks again,
Dan

Dan, I did not expect to hear from you until September or October! Anything sooner would push testing which turns fun into work! I will not be needing them this year, now does that take care of it!!
I would think following the exact profile of the original with the Venturi effect would be better than a straight Hole!
