Valve Cover Bolt Seals help!
Hey Gearheads, this might be a simple question and perhaps I should just go ahead and do it but first I'd prefer to hear your thoughts. The bolt seals on my valve cover are seepy and I want to change them whilst I am in that area changing plugs. If I change the seals one at a time and retorque each one as I go will there be a problem with the valve cover gasket seal breaking and leaking later. If so I will just leave them alone. It is likely that they are originals and never been changed which is why they are leaky now. I appreciate any feedback from anyone that has tried this.
Thanks for your help!!!

It should work. But of I understood that the bike was new for you? So checking valve clearance should be onnyour todo list. 've reused the seal many times but of it has been there a long it makes sense to replace it. Also remembrr to separately buy those seals for spark plug openings. They are where it mostly starts to leak first.

And of you allready have a leak on that area I would look first the cam postition sensor on left front corner. I've had that leak on both my 12. I fixed it by.removing, cleaning and sealing with liquid rubber (Kawa/Yama bond). Never had a problem after that in 100k km...
