1 cold exhaust pipe while engine is running
I need help from my most knowledgeable members. Just purchased my 2001 zx12r as a project bike. Changed starter and got it to run. As the headpipes heat up I noticed that the right outer pipe is not hot when the others are scorching hot. Any suggestions as to where to start looking or is this a common issue. The bike seems to run fine otherwise with no bogging , misfiring or rough running. Thanks for your time!

Problem solved. Fortunately it was just a bad plug. Tested the stick coil first because it was easy to access. Multi meter tested ok. I then pulled the plug and tested it with my Multi meter and found it hadshorted out internally. Changed them all because the were quite cruddy. Runs like a champ now!
