Hot Bodies Racing
Has anyone ordered or had any experience shopping from this place?
http://www.hotbodiesracing.com
They quoted me for carbon fiber rear hugger for my 12 (since I cant get a hold of Hans) and I have no idea how the quality, durability, and finish is?
Anyone had any good or bad experiences here?

I have no expierence with Hot bodies, but I can tell you that the Targa C/F Hugger is a very nice piece, I have one on my bike and the fit and finish we top rate.

i have never seen the Hotbodies Hugger. But you can never go wrong with Hans, his work is as good as it gets. take a look at the Targa, its not as nice as Hans, but a very nice piece for the money...just my opinions....Ask around Daniel, you will find what ya want.

Doh! I meant to say Targa instead of HotBodies...but you still got the idea. Yeah, I think I will hold out until I get a hold of Hans.
Part of me is indifferent to a rear hugger....I would like the debris to quit getting flinged up underneath my tail and it looks cool....but something about a big open wheel with nothing intersecting its view except for the swingarm looks kinda cool too, exspecially since I keep the stock size of a 200 on it.
We'll see what happens, I'll keep ya posted, thanks!

Its not a great pic, but you get the idea....

HDL.....I notice that your undertail has the LED signal lights. I was warned in the past that there are some of the LED kits available that don't put out enough light and can be dangerous. How bright are your signal lights? Who makes that tail?

those lights are very bright Maxxer, and I have a integrator wired in as well, so when you step on the brake with no blinker on, all 4 lights light up. and if you turn a blinker on there are 2 lights that blink, one LED, adn one bulb in the taillight. I got the undertail from graphicartmotodesign.com

Targa is nice stuff. Have both on mine.
Did you see the new Hotbodies exhaust/tailsection combo? Pretty interesting idea. The exhaust is competely enclosed in the tail section. The only thing that "sticks out" is a small portion/hole for the exhaust tip. Kinda scary.... Can't imagine how it all lives in harmony with all the heat generated from the muffler body. But hey, I give credit for a fresh idea.
