Do I need a PC for full system exhaust?
Good day!
Is it a must to have EMS or PC if I were to change to a full system exhaust? Will there be significant improvements if I dont do that?

What exhaust system are you running? My full AKRO on my stock motor ran fine w/o a PCiiir. However, I gained about 1 hp and smoother acceleration after installing and mapping a PC iiir.

I dont think its a must to have a PC, but I think it allows you to get the most out of your other modifications.....

Do you have to have one? No.
Will 'not having one' hurt the bike. No.
Would having one make the around town riding, and throttle-transitions noticeably smoother. Absolutely.

I have 2 12s...One with a Muzzy the other with an Akrapovic...
The Akrapovic runs smoother without a PC...Muzzy and PC was pretty good until my PC went bad...
I say screw the PC and run just the pipe...

Thanks for the comments. I had a yoshi full system, was thinking if I "have" to get the PC in order to fine tune it.
