Getting rid of the low RPM deadspot

I got my PCIIIr from Doug at Spencer Cycle (thanks Doug) and installed it (piece of piss) I wish everything was that easy. Anyway, I downloaded the No2 map from the Dynojet site for ZX12 with Muzzy exhaust. I then adjusted that map to include crandell's fix for the abrupt on/off throttle.
Then I read about the effects of using high octane fuel, especially the fuel density which creates low RPM deadspots.

So I again adjusted the map by putting in values of -10 in the 2%,5%,10% rows between 1000rpm and 2000 rpm. I then uploaded the file and went for a ride, low and behold, no more deadspot with great on/off throttle.

If you want a copy of the map, just e-mail me nickiv@q-net.net.au
