Dyno numbers from today
2000 ZX-12R (8,000 miles) - Dyno'd at Stock, Mild to Wild. Thanks Kevin !!!
Stock pipe (knocked out cat, drilled baffle). 17t sprocket. K&Ns. Removed ram air screens. Muzzy timing advance.
HP - 171.6
TQ - 96.8
I wonder if the fact that it's GREEN has anything to do with it ?
I'll scan the dyno graph tonight, heading out to Gainesville right now

Just courious how much horsepower would be lost dynoing with a 6 inch over arm VS a stock arm???? Longer chain more chain weight.....

I was hoping for 160hp. Wasn't expecting that much with the stock (but modded) pipe on it.
Got yet another new best tonight.
10.177 @ 141.64mph (4.554, 6.730 @ 111.56mph)
6.690 @ 112.56mph (4.504) at Jax this past week.
I'm gettin there, slowly but surely... pipe and PC3R goes on next week

Matt, sounds right on the money. I had similar mods and made 172 in the summer of 2000 at Marcus dairy. The bike on the dyno right before mine was a zx12r with just a Muzzy pipe and made 168.
