It came back to the yard for some work. The rig was rated for 1000 tons.

I'll post pictures of the rig later.

TurboBlew, I had to work really really hard; since the boat was always going up hill even though the ramp was down hill.

The boat was sinking due to the weight.

No that would have been too much power.

I just calculated the stresses on the rig and on the boat itself.

We had to reinforce both.

They moved a mansion at work awhile back using something similar.SST landing gear with hydraulic lifts and remote control.Whats with the dirt piles?

Yes. They're called Bow thrusters. It moves the boat side ways during docking.
