Power Commander (again)

I spun through old P.Cmdr threads on our board here, but didn't see anything to answer this prolly stupid question.

I hooked it into the proper connections last night under the tank. Where there was one plug neatly attached to the wiring rail, now ther are two big muther plugs and really no where to 'stuff' them, let alone actually reattach them to the wiring rail.

Is that what you do? Just stuff it all under there and hope the chafing and rubbing doesn't get to it? Oh man, say it ain't so. I do like order, not chaos!!

Is there some nice neat way to arrange this that I am somehow not seeing? I fooled around under there moving shit this way and that until my knuckles bled. Ended up just stuffing it in, and going to bed.

And had bad dreams about it all!

Take the harness on the far side from the clutch cover and bend the tab it attaches too on the frame slightly. Stuff one of the connections under the 2 that "hang" on the frame.

OK. Lemme see if I read this right.

Of the two that 'hang' on the right side of the rail (clutch cover side), alter the way the 'left one' of those two hangs, by bending the tab on the rail out so it 'sticks out' a ways.

Then push the other connector in behind the both of them.

But it really is a 'stuff' job, it sounds like. They were so careful with building the harness, I would have thought they would have made some provision for this.

Well, thanks TB! I will wrap up the knuckles and work on it tonight.
