Ninjaman new Fed info

I called that number and they referred me to an Elizabeth in Asheville. I spoke with her and she has referred me to a David Davis, a United States Attorney. I just left a message for him. I spoke with Elizabeth about the chances of pleading this on the phone and she said David would be the one ot make that call.

It was funny when I called the first number, the central violations number and talked to the woman there and told her about the violations on the Blue Ridge, she said "Wait, didn't I just talk to you? Oh, no I guess not because the other guy had a strong southern accent and you sound like your from the north." I laughed at that and told her you had called and we were together when we were stopped.

I'll let you know what happens after I talk to David.

Just talked to David, Rick, the good news for us is that this violation WILL NOT SHOW UP ON ANY STATE DMV. NO POINTS. NO LICENSE SUSPENSION....But, he said to expect a HEFTY FINE. Like probably $1000. He is calling officer Ulery right now to see what happened from his point of view. I just left a message for you at work, you need to call me ASAP before you call David.

Damn, I knew I should have let Roger go by me.

Another thing, David told me that we were lucky we got popped 40 over on the parkway, he said "for instance if you were caught going 40 over on I-40, the North Carolina State Police would have taken you to jail pronto." I'm thinking humm, 65mph is the speed limit on I-40 add 40 and that's 105. We've never gone 105 on I-40 have we?

Dizam........

Just talked to David, told me the same thing. Said a $ grand $ should take care of it. He is waiting for a call from Peckerhead to get his side of it. He said he would call us after he gets both sides of the story.

I didn't know you guys were stoppd on the Parkway. I could have told you what would happen in that case (um, I'm not saying how I know, lol) Mine was the same. No points against my license, but paid a fine. However, since I was waaaayyyyy out in front of the cop when I saw him behind me, and pulled over like a nice, law abiding citizen, He never did clock me on radar. He told me it took him 5 miles running 95 mph to catch me, I convinced him I wasn't doing more than 70mph (yeah, right!). I paid $85 by mail. That was at the end of a bonzai run from Asheville, NC to Fancy Gap, VA.....over 200 miles. I figured that was a reasonable cost of admission. If they had been selling speeding passes for 200 miles of BRP, I would have paid $85 for one. $1000 tho is a bit steep. I hope you get off easier than that, but at least the no points part means you don't have to walk.

Just a thought...................

You know I've been thinkin' that I didn't get my $1000 worth of satisfaction on the BRP that day. I wouldn't mind paying a $G$ if I'd got busted doing a mondo 3rd gear wheelie, or a sick ass crossed up, darkie laying 3rd gear corner exit. BUT FUCKIN' 85 in a 45!!!!

"Don't look now Maw, here cums one a them thar crotchrockety thangs just a flyin'" He's doin' ever bit a 75 er 80 miles AN hour"!!!! "Katie bar the door"!!!!

Fuckin' thousand bucks for that crap!!! Why I could buy enough weed to last me and my MF's for a ...................................... neverfuckingmind!!!! You play, and ultimately you pay. Fellas if you ride the BRP be careful.

Steve we were past the point of no return in his eyes. As in 40+ over the speed limit, there is no choice but a mandatory court date. To have the court location switched to our home towns you have to enter a guilty plea which puts your head on a chopping block with a federal judge. I'd rather plea it out on the phone with the US Attorney, pay a grand and be done with it. My only other option is to plead not guilty and have take time off work, spend the money to travel back to North Carolina, hire an attorney down there and pray. Screw that now that I know there is no points on my record and no chance of license supension I'm paying whatever they want and I'm done.

I don't blame you for that. what I was saying is that I've been there, but I caught a break.

There, but for the grace of God, go I.

No way, EBD. This road is straight up lef to right cuvatures. Lovely.

Anyway, here's a little sompin' somin' I found on Larry the Cable Guy:

What the hell is this Russia? I got another speeding ticket the other day doing 35 in a 55. Ya canít win for losing. Go too fast ya ticket. Go to slow, get a ticket. And then to make matters worse when I was pulling my 4-wheeler with the hog I just shot, it fell off and an 18 wheeler come by and done flattened it. Since when is it against the law to drive down a median in a 4-wheeler with a dead hog strapped on the back of it, pulling a red wagon full of make a wish foundation kids. I can understand maybe a warning after we lost a wheelchair in an intersection, but a ticket for driving 35 safely down a median shooting stop signs? Give me a break! I tried to get outta the ticket by saying I was personal friends with carrot top but the sumbitch still wrote out the ticket! I aint been this pissed off since I passed out behind a dumpster after my confirmation party 21 years ago and the Preachers wife rolled me for 32 bucks and pulled my under shorts over my head. I think itís all about racism. If I was a girl Iíd a got outta that ticket but since I was on a 4-wheeler and still had blackface on from Halloween after going as P-Diddy they done singled me out. I done told him I was white and even pronounced the word 'bathroom' perfectly but he still wrote out that damn ticket. But that aint the point. The point is I was trying to take these make a wishers out for a nice final hog hunt and all of a sudden Iím the bad guy! The hell with it, from now on Iíll just stay home and let some other dumbass try and be active in the community. Apparently I'm not appreciated! Like a cop said letting a girl out of a ticket, "Ya know carrot top, why didnít ya say so!"

It's a done deal.................

Sent out the $ loot $ this morning. I hated to give up a G-Note over some wack ass tickets, but in light of what could've been it was somewhat of a "Bargain". Chris and I discussed it the other night and a grand in lieu of traveling to Asheville, appearing before a federal judge and being at his mercy, is probably the lesser of two evils. Plus I already have to travel enough during the Holiday Season.

It's over, no more worrying about what's gonna happen. That is almost like getting an early Christmas present.
