Brake wizard required

I'm having a Brake down! I have a '00 ZX-6 Race/Track bike with brake problems. At the begining of a session they're fine but after a few laps of hard braking they start to fade rapidly until the lever is almost closed on the bar before they start to bite. They stay like that, even when the system cools down. It's all stock apart from braided hoses, race pads and fluid. I've tried bleeding, changing discs, forks, seals, master cylinders, the lot with no luck. I have noticed that the pistons on the outside of the calipers are extended further than those on the inside??(there's a shim on the inside of the 12s' discs?????).
Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated!!!!!!!!!!

Did you try to "deglaze" the rotors with a green scrubby between sessions? Are you sure the system is bled thoroughly??

Didn't try the green scrubby and there's no air in the system. Tx.

I had that same problem in a race, loss of braking as the laps unwound. It was the stock rotors that were glazing up the EBC pads and throwing a lot of heat into the brake fluid, which then makes your lever go away. Check your fluid level before and after a race.
