Been there, done that countless times. I lived in Placerville for 5 years which literly melts right into this ride. Then moved to Sacramento for 10 years and still came up and did this ride all the time. So many stories.... This ride kept you on your toes and was great practice between races. Suprisingly, I saw very, very few crashes. The ones that I did see were actually Cruisers/Touring Bikes, and not Sportbikes! Go figure?!!

looks alot like the cherohola skyway [45 miles of high speed sweepers],5300 feet at highest elevation,perfect pavement.Ride it during the week because the law and rangers.They did recently sell the helicopter so we got that going for us
