Letting the 1347 go

Mike Velasco is interested in it. Who knows, he might be the one to take it out and chase 200mph on the salt. It was fun building it, but time to move on.

What the.........

swft,
I know you've got your reasons man, I know that. But after all the time, and loot you put into that bike, it just seems like such a shame to not see you hit the salt with it just once. I am no way flaming you, just speaking my thoughts. I just hope that whoever is lucky enough to get the thing makes you proud and goes after 200mph on the salt.

I'm sure he will. He was hoping for awhile that I might put the silver 12r up for sale.

Are you giving up the whole bike or just the engine? Any chance that you might want to sell the A-tech stuff separately?

Wannabe - The silver 12 does not have the A-tech bodywork. The red 12 has the A-tech bodywork, racetech forks, ohlins shock, 1270 motor with Carillo rods, etc.

The red 12 is a complete, working bike. I have a spare motor for it that's stock, but Cowboy is buying it back from me. I would consider selling the following:

Atech fairing and 1 piece lower with Hans CF ram air installed.
Atech roadrace solo tail with racing seat.
Fiberglass tank with Hans CF ram air covers and CF fuse cover.
Hans CF hugger and integrated chain guard.

Make me a serious offer, who knows?

Stopped by Mike's shop yesterday. He had the 1347 up on the dyno, just checking things out. No plans for any mods, just wanted to see how it was running.
