real cushion search
Hi all, been around lurking on the board for awhile and have learned alot, I Think,lol. Thanks for the info sharing. Anyway after riding a couple hundred miles on my 00 Red my ass hurts. Any suggestion on where to score a better seat? Is Corbin the only option? Ready to use a blowup seat.

Sargeant is another big name for seats. believe they're more a "seat customizing" shop than a "seat replacement" shop like corbin. other option is just find someone local. seem to be quite alot of people out there who will custom cut a seat for ya, add or remove foam, insert some gel, etc.

Corbin will do the seat any way you want, likely won't cost any extra either.
I asked for mine to stay stock height and it's the softest corbin I've seen. No extra charge.

i am 5'9" 185. i had the other machine(the ugly one before this), name not be mentioned, but as much as i hate to say, it sat much better for me. How long did it take to turn it around?

I got a price quote of 100 beans to put gel pads in.I can have them remove some padding or just add over.

You're fairly small. Not get a Corbin. It's designed for big guys.

i have an 02 and i ride anywhere from 70 to 130 miles none stop every weekend and they are fast hard miles of turn and twist, then 140/170mph on the german autobuns.
you just need to get in shape
i am 5-10 290lb
