Opinions on this for a starter bike
I saw this today and i thought it might make a pretty good starter bike,just looking for opinions.

Ok, you asked. Not to be a dick or anything, but you already got opinions on GSX-R750's not being a good starter idea as a first bike. Stick with the suggestions and you'll become a much better rider because of it. You'll also be less likely to hit the ground with some of the past suggestions. We're trying to spare you from that joy......
Then again, these are just opinions you're asking for. Maybe you'll take to the road like a duck on water and be chomping at the bit for a ZX12 before you know it!

Hey not a problem i realised that after i posted it and i didn't even think.I apreciate the opinions and i guess i should have been paying better attention.Hell i'm chomping at the bit for a zx12r now lol but i know better.In the future i will however think before i post things i already got answers to sorry about that.

have you ever ridden a bike? Or how about one with balls, I once let a friend ride my kx 500 he flipped it hard and he knew how to ride.

Define "Starter". How experienced is the rider? One month or one year?

Negative rider time for me i am still getting the money together for the MSF course.I have been looking into the new 2004 series and i really like the ZX10R just slightly worried it might be to much bike,But from what i have seen in my opinion i think it would be a good in between bike not quite sure yet still have to do more research.

If you're a large rider: EX500...if you're a small rider: Ninja250...or something similar...anybody can go fast in a straight on anything...on anything...doesn't take much skill to do that...you just twist the throttle and hang on...but what do you do when the turn or curve arrives?...what WILL you do?...the essence of street motorcycling is in the corners and how you corner...try these bikes...or try a small cc dual purpose bike...like the KLX400SR or the Suzuki equivelant...riding on multi-surfaces will eventually make you a better rider...does most everything a pure street bike does except outright very high speeds (there are probably a few exceptions...probably 120 mph tops?)...you'll be happy with a 400cc dual sport bike...trust me...this place (the ZX12R ZONE) is probably more for intermediate and advanced riders...go to DualSPortZone at this very same site...we'll try to help you there...some of the same people there, but with different types of bikes and riding...think the great outdoors, fresh air, scenery to cry for and breath in, adventure travel on a motorcycle...more roads than a pure street biker will ever get to enjoy comfortably...and...you can experience the joys of an off road excursion on purpose!...I think you'll like it there...
