I AM Lucky! Wet NOS!! PICS!
Some of you have met my Step son Randall at Maxton. Well he is now working for a Large Motorcycle dealership again and works in factory parts 4 days and accessory parts 1 day a week! Last night, he came by to show me the ZX10 pictures and articles and mentioned that if I was still planning to get some NOS, that they had several opened packages of Nitros Express Packages and a 2.5 pound bottle in the corner and a few other things like fuel lines and solenoids and fuel pumps! I am making a list right now and see what he comes up with! "HE" Even offered to "Loan" me the money to buy it! (Now that I am more broke than ever after buying the 1996 Chevy S-10 for him! We must have talked for 30 to 45 minutes about a lot of things, which is longer that the total time we have talked since I have know him! (He was 4 years old when I first talked to him and is 22 now!) BTW, He is extremely honest about "Work" dealings, so any of this would go through the store mamager who also know me! (Anyone remember Rodney Farris the Dirt Track Racer? This is the Place his dad "Norm Farris" used to own!)
Does this come under "Everything comes to him who waits"?
Here is what I have so far! Looks like I will need to get "Soft" Lines, A line between the Bottle and a shut off switch for the bottle and of course a large bottle of NOS to transfer the NOS to the Bike!
With "40" "60" "100" & "150" shot, I do not think I will need to buy any "Jets" for this system!  Just so much work and so little time! When you get this old, you just do not have the energy to work all night like you do when you are "Young" Like I was when I was in my "40's" I plan to set this up on the short NOS Bear stacks at the back of the box to make a neat set up! Next year I will try the Long stacks, but in my case, I do "NOT" want more low end power, the tire already spins enough!

Correctamundo! I am going to enjoy this before I wake up and have no NOS and the AC has been turned Off! You never know what gets into Young People? You just do all you can and they Hate you for it and one day while still doing exactly the same thing, they thank you?? The "THOUGHT" Really Counts!

Thanks MM, From my "Personal" knowledge of you, (During some of my OutBursts  , if anyone here was more level headed than you,it is because the are Horzontal (as in 6 feet under on the level!)

I must still be asleep! he just called and is bringing "2" kits home and while he was on the phone I could hear someone telling him to take both and get them the "H" Out of there! I do feel a little better, he told me that once sorted out that he wanted to ride the bike! "Now" I am beginning to understand! Still, not too bad! Everyone have a great weekend!

Vince thats great you feel appreciated by your son. Most of the time we don't appreciate people until we get older. Its good that he is starting while your here with him.

BigJu, If I was a Betting man, I would have bet my "Life" you were at least 100% correct! Never and Still cannot believe what is happening! I have done more for him that my Dad that I know loved me ever thought about doing! I am hoping that the total of everything and the fact that I have never changed or lied to him "FINALLY" accounts for something! Actually he is a lot of fun and I also think I know a little side something (He want to ride it at Maxton! I also thinks he wants to Drive the Porsche 911-S when I get finished and maybe drive Peggys Cooper "S" that we have the 15% smaller Pulley, getting an ECU Controller and and a Stand ALone water cooled Intercooler! Hell for that matter I want to drive all of this stuff myself ) AINT LIFE FUN!!

ZX12Richard, It is never about complication, cheaper or easy! I have no other way to say this and there is ZERO Insult or attitude taken, but growing up Black made every thing Harder to do and it always had to be better to be equal! I am not trying to go 200.01 MPH I am trying to go 210.00 MPH, (at the first timing mark) so that there is no doubt in anyone's mind that "I" did join the 200 MPH CLub and no body had to fudge or allow me to get there! (Yes from time to time I can still hear a comment! Not from around here, but you always must be able to defend against them! I am not angry, I am just Resigned!)
The other reasons are, you have to change too much of your bikes gasoline only performance to make dry work. Second, you do not want to run Dry much over a 40 Shot. I need a 60 shot (To Begin with) and may have to do the headwork and run a 100 shot to do the speed I want! Until the laws of Areodynamics and Horse Power limit me, I will always want "MORE"!! did I say "MORE"

Thanks Kevin, I know "Zero" or less about it, it is what Randall came up with! You will look back at your 40 as the good Ole days! Yes compared to the 20 and early 30, you are down 50% at mid 50's prepare for another 50% reduction! The good news is you have 10 more good years! The bad news is that is "ALL" you may have! The difference to me is now it is like pushing a bike with a caliper dragging in full leathers at the farthest point from the Pits in an endurance race with 3 other riders, so you must get back and then die!
