pretty sick eh?
if u look at it that way, yeah, nascar racers are pussyz compared to that. nice smooth racetrack with perfect consistent conditions. of course nascar also goes twice as fast (or more), but we'll just pretend they dont for the purpose of bashin em 
i'll tell u who are the REAL pussyz tho: nascar fans. sittin there on their nice purpose built benches behind protective walls & fences. REAL men watch rallies, sittin right by the side of the road on the outside of a corner, with nothin to stop a racer from goin ride & takin u out. maybe run into the track every so often to see if a car is comin & take a picture. frankly, in this day and age, i'm surprised rallying hasnt been dropped due to concerns of liability.
btw, i hope that guy who went off the hill survived. car was lookin pretty flat :o

Yup. You are right. But even still, diving off a cliff is um, maybe a bit more dangerous than hitting a wall. Yeah, I know - tell Dale Ernhardt that.
But...have you been to a NASCRAP race? I have. Most of the fun is in the parking lot.

Thats a cool video . i was always going to see the race of the sevennes and the start of Paris Dakar when i was in France..
We use to have those races "Rally" everywhere there in Europe.
NASCAR yea not quite exiting..

WRC Kicks Ass!!!!!!
Don't get me wrong, I like a lot of forms of motorsports INCLUDING Nascar. But those WRC guys are fucking insane, love watching them flog the piss outta those cars. Some of the slides they pull off are sheer genius I tell you.
Did any of you see that one show on Speed last year when Colin McRae (sp?) went to a track and met up with a british superbike racer, and then rode bikes with him on the track. I was fuckin' shocked, Colin was friggin' railing. Riding wheelies, grindin his pucks and all. It was pretty cool seeing him flog that GSXR.
