He offered me cash when all was said and done, I said go get your brother some ice cream...nother time I gave a marine a ride who's bike broke down(ducati, what do you expect). He held on for dear life on the back of the 12. offered me cash, I said just help someone else if you get the chance.

and Jimp, dude it sucks evertime I think about 9/11 which is often. we need to Terminate them, but I am sure there are alot of good people over there that praise Ala every day that the American troops are there helping them to get rid of the evil that has infected them for 20+ years! I do believe that if some one shoots or throws a bomb at our troops. that is it guilty! one bullet game over!

Outlaw...having just gotten home from over there, trust me when i tell you...THIS WAR WONT BE WON BY ANYONE.....how can you fight prople tha twont let you know who they are.....fight people that shoot at you from crowds of women and children.....a people that leave bombs in plastic bags on the side of the road, that look just like all the other trash in that country???? In this situation, the people over there are using religon as an excuse...this isnt a religous war...does anyone really know what this war is about???? What started it???? did it start with 9/11...or was it Desert Storm that started it? Maybe it was the Iran/Iraq war that we financed??? Is it Al Queda? Was Saddam in charge? or was it Bin Laden??? How do we get them to surrender in Iraq? there is no government to surrender???
Everyone has their own opinions of this war, and the events leading up to it....I do agree that too many people have been lost over there, I know this because I shared foxholes with some of them....I knew some of them, shared stories with some of them.....And I dont want to lose anymore of my friends.....
It comes down to this question: Why are we there? My answer....The children.....Ours, and theirs. Our children will have the rights to do as we do. To be free to speak their minds, free to be a doctor, or lawyer, or to collect welfare..... And theirs...so someday, they can do what we do, and what our childrem do....BE FREE ! ! !
I cant speak for everyone, and I wouldnt if I could, these are just the opinions of an old soldier that has looked into the eyes of the children there....a soldier that has seen the sadness and sense of despair in the children, and in my opinion, there is nothing sadder, than a child that is deprived.....deprived of anything....Food, Shelter, Clothing, the ability to take a bath, deprive of clean water to drink.........think you life is bad??? live where the sewage runs down the center of your street....and then guess where you next meal is coming from??? you got it bad....live in a place that is 140 degrees, and have no drinkable water.......
We aint got it so bad....

They need more people like me over there. I've lived a full life. Had many years of fun in Uncle Sam's Canoe Club . Already raised my boys. Hell, let me fight. And if I buy the farm, what's the big loss? Better me than some guy with plenty of life to live and kids etc. Plus I have thousands of rounds of .223 I need to shoot up.

Jimp I have a family that lives on my street that are Pakistani and they are the nicest fucking people on our street I would trust them with anything I own. I have caucasion people that live across the street from me and they are fucking assholes who I wouldn't trust with a piece of my shit. Bottom line brother is there is good and bad seeds in any religion, race or national origan. Go ride brother, you'll feel better.
