ZX12 TANK LOGO
Hi, I was given info form a member to contact redelk about a ZX12 LOGO question. My question is, On the tank of the ZX12s, there is a logo that is raised on the tank. I wanted to know if anyone knows a site where I can get those custom made from the same material but larger? Redelk can you help me? Or anyone else? Thanks in advance.

I'm assuming that you mean the "Kawasaki" on the tank. Those type of plastic "badges" are similar to the "Dodge" or "Chevrolet" you see on cars, trucks and vans. They are made in large numbers to the manufacturers' specs. I don't know of any practical or economical way to make that type of lettering in limited quantities. Even if you were wanting to replicate the size but use different colors (i.e. Gold and Navy, etc.).
One thing is for sure, it is not something that could be produced on a vinyl plotter. Maybe a router, but not a plotter. Usually, they are cast and not cut.
About the only thing I can suggest is that if the size your looking for is not substantially bigger, try checking out other Kawasaki products. You might find what your looking for used on a JetSki or a MULE. Sorry I could not be more help.

Thats a good place to start. Have found many different fastners and such used on different machine's to modify or fill a void. Just don't expect the parts man to help in the quest. If it ain't a partnumber, he usually doesn't have a clue. Good luck!!
