2002 zx12r mods, where did they go? Help
The wealth of information on for zx12r mods has seemed to dried up across the net.
Im interested in the negative crankcase vaccum mod, kleen air mod, and TPS mod if anyone has a working link, pictures, how to, etc.
Im just got my 2002, with full muzzy exhaust, stock otherwise.
I wanna do the above mentioned mods, and have the ecu reflashed with
No first gear reduced power map (2-6 gear map in first)
+4 timing advance across entire rpm range
No speed restriction
12,000 rpm rev limit increase
Add a wiseco fuel controller, with a wideband O2 sensor and digital a/f gauge for a tuning reference.
BMC filter
Bring forks .5" inches in the trees, and drop the back 1" with lowering links
18/45 gearing
Thanks, in advance

Welcome. The info has been here since day one and it's all still online in this very forum. You've found what you're looking for!
BTW I personally wrote the mods document you're looking for... it's online here in a few posts (I'll ask freek to dig it up for you) ... it's a compilation of info from several of our members.
also you can download some more info for your '02 here:

No idea who Dave potters site is or was - but this site and the now long gone .org were the original, and largest 12r sites in the world. We've been here since 2000 and still are. You can go all the way back.to page one from when we moved to this server from our old.server so the only info not here is a few months from 1999 to 2000 that didn't get transfered.

Yes, discussing, but no write ups or how to info
Anyway, i found it all here
http://www.drpmds.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Website%20-%20Green/Pages.htm/The%20Kawasaki%20ZX-12R%20TPS/TPS%20Setting.htm
Did the kleen air, and 1/4watt 470 ohm resistor mod to the water temp sensor last night
Seems to be running a lil rich now, but when I do the bmc filter and ecu flash with added timing it should lean out a bit.
If not ill stop being cheap and buy a fuel controller soon.
TPS mod, tommorrow night after I get off and pick up a safety torx.

Robert, get a hold of KZScott, he can help with the reV extend on your ECU.
I'm currently running a PC3USB and WEGO III wide band for datalogging and tuning. Its a simple setup that has served me well. Alternatively you could go PCV with their Autotune.
Your other mods seem choice and should get you close to 200mph with enough room.

The host site closed, removing my site
My site is now hosted here http://www.zx12r.co.uk
I gave KZScott a lot of information and software for the rev extend back last year.

it was either a pdf or existed as an heml page accesses a button you clicked when the site first only had a splash page as the homepage with some direct link with radio buttons.

That's exactly where you'd think it would be: http://bikeland.org/zxdown.htm
However we're missing half the things it links too. I restored the links I could. You'll have to see if you have the missing items on a drive somewhere since I can't find them on the server at all.

Trick the computer into thinking it's running cooler and makes it run richer, ya? Poor man power commander (sort of).
