This past weekend at MIR my adms/Muzzy powered 12 ran 8.51 @ 175mph

Mind my asking what adms stands for? obviously i know who muzzys is

Can't wait till a kawasaki gets it's first win that class because it's been dominated my suzuki's since the class was started.

The adms stands for Adams Performance, Coby Adams makes the best swingarms out there and he's also Rickey's Mechanic.Peace!

Hey, ain't you supposed to be ready to kick ass? Can't be out here losing sleep and whatnot - you gotta be rested up to race, muh man! 
And another thing, what's up with that 'motorcycle' magazine using Shine to run a zx-12. He's used to a Busa. How would it look for him to blast a 12 down the strip faster than a Busa.
Not that I'm saying they cheated. Just an observation.

Way cool. Obviously the bike is set up pretty sweet, but to run that kind of stuff takes some real skill. Way to run Rickey. Glad to see you here on the board.

Great time Rickey!8.52@ 175 is Flying! You represent all ZX-12 owners like no one else could. When the busa guys strart degrading the 12 I just simply ask them well whos in first place (SBS). Give'em hell!!

I am still getting over what he did in SA. I posted a picture of his swolen hand (Shiney as a new penny), blown head gasket, in the wrong lane, at 6,000 feet and against a turbo Busa that later ran 8.20 and won!! WOW

It was awesome that they used Keith to ride both bikes, although he rides a Busa daily, he is unbiased, and wants to got he fastest on anybrand he throws a leg over, especially for the magazines.
Actually me and my boss @ Kawasaki agreed that he would be the best and suggested him to Mitch Boehm(Motorcyclist editor).
The only disadvantage was his height, and how much taller and shorter the 12 is than the Busa, he couldn't quite get it off the line as good as he could the Suzuki, but a great job done by all, Shine, Motorcyclist, Suzuki, and Kawi. The bikes are so close, there is no real loser in the article.
One point of interest is , Keith Dennis now wants to buy a 12..........go figure!

Well, thanks Rickey. Just bitchin'. Like I said, I have no doubt that Shine and the guys at Motorcyclist are unbiased.
Glad you recommended him. In fact, I'm in Little Rock and Shine is rather a legend 'round these parts. I know guys that say they've raced him on the street. 'course, I wasn't there so I wouldn't know  :

I think Shine along with you Rickey , johnny locklear,michael philipsand Ryan Schnitz are the best pure riders i've ever seen.It's takes pure skill to change up on different bikes and get consistent great times.Peace!

Yes I noticed how they left out the wheelbase diffrence in the article. And I think it is just great having motorcycle Dragracing, in the whole magazine!!

It would have been nice to see Suzuki bring in who ever they wanted and Kawasaki bring in who ever they wanted (RG) then it is really up to the Bikes!

The wheel base thing really was missleading as well, however that is what that bike was built like. And it still does'nt matter. But great to see you on board Ricky!!!!!!!!! Hey how about some pics of the bike and you, specs etc????

Thanks guys for the support..
The bike is a Muzzys 1361 kit, assembled by Coby adams, with an Adams cylinder head package, cams,carrillo rods, and trans undercut by R&D.
My bike dynoed 306hp, but I am yet to be able to use all of that because of mid track wheel lift.

The bike also has a set of 48 mm throttle bodys (BEAR)and 52 mm stacks(BEAR) with nitrous nozzles screwed into stacks.
