FLAMES????
I have a 2002 12R with the Full Yosh and PC3. I have the Yosh map on the PC3 now and i have flames shooting out of my exhaust sometimes. What is causing that...doo i need another map. The bike barley backfires though, sometimes a flame or two will shoot out when i'm slowing down from a high speed or if i get on it real quick and the quickly let off? What causing this?

Cool! Now just pour some raw gas in the tailpipe and see what happens....be sure to take lots of pictures!

Flames are typically a sign of too much fuel. Some guys will run a ton of extra fuel in the 90 and 100% throttle position if they run NOS.
You may be mapped to rich. Also if you have the clean air system hooked up you can get some flames because of the fresh air going into the exhaust that will help ignite the left over fuel.
Your description sounds like to much fuel at 100% throttle.
