Dyno Party!!!
A friend of mine has embarked on making dynos. Invited about 10 folks to his shop to dyno their bikes to investigate the repeatability of his unit. Below are the results:
QS (my bike), 01 with SS full Muzzy Al can: 172
03 12R with D&D bolt 0n: 160
01 Busa, full high mount Devils and Yosh EMS: 164
00 Busa, two Two Brothers slip ons: 155
02 R1, ram air mod, full exhaust?: 145
02 Honda 600, Two Brothers slip on: 102
03 GSXR 1000, Force Ti slip on: 154
02 GSXR 1000, full SS Muzzy with PC3R: 153
A few others I can't remember
Each bike got at least 3 runs and each run was within a 1-2 hp difference. Had a great time and very happy with the initial results!! The dyno setup is very nice and showed excellent repeatability.

Hey QS, ain't seen ya for a while.....
For what it's worth, my 00 model, the red one, made the same power with the Muzzy. (ditto the HMF pipe)

I really don't know what type but I fairly sure it wasn't an eddy current. I don't know what software it uses but it sopposadly corrects for atmospheric conditions. For whatever it's worth it's called a Dayton Dyno!?!?
