Dynojet/Lester Meeks rocks!!! 1361 dyno results My Mac-mentality prevented me from getting the displays I wanted of my 1361's recent DJ250 tuning session, but DynoJet's Lester Meeks helped me QUICKLY and didn't even call me the dumb ass I am. Dynojet: you gotta give that man a raise; real customer service is worth gold and Lester gives it
Anyway here are the before & after curves. I don't wanna hear any whining about 210hp possibilities and how I am being shortchanged. The low rpm hp is awesome, and it will take me a while to use the hp its got nevermind more

I am a zx12 owner, power commander user (frustrated one sometimes), hp/speed/hanldling junkie just like everyone else here. Just like most of the users here I am here to help any biker that I can. Im not really in the Customer Service end but if I can help a fellow rider I usually go out of my way (like most people here).
Glad to hear it worked out for you. Let me know you need other info.

DJR vs. 001 Dyno run files The viewer that comes with the the Power Commander CD seems to be able to show both DJR and 001 (or 002, etc.). It's just that it doesn't come with all the "bells & whistles" the latest downloadable view does. Is there anyway to get the downloadable vesion to read DJR files? I can only get it to read 001 files.

hmmm I don't beleive that the newest version of the run viewer has the ability to open djr files. So you might be out of luck. I will check with the guy that wrote that one and get back to you.

You know, there used to be a cool 'drag race' app that Dynojet handed out. It let you take two runs, and put them on a drag strip side by side...Wonder what happened to it? I haven't mucked about with .djr runs since d/l'ng the new viewer:

DJR vs. 001 files - part II Tearinitup, back in August of 2000, I sent some "001" files done on a local DJ150 to Blain Cory and he converted them to DJR files. Do you think it's possible to do it the other way around? The runs were done on a mobile DJ250 at Deal's Gap, last May and are titled "DYNORUN001.DJR", "DYNORUN002.DJR" and so on. So, it might be possible that they were originally "001" type files to start with and were converted to DJR files.
I'd appreciate any help you could give me on this.

That program was lost with the old DJ150's. We are planning to resurect it with WinPEP 7.0 (due out next year). We should be able to drag again.

Yes they did come from a numeric file. If you have the original numeric files you can see some additional info in the new version of the run viewer with them. If not you can still use the djr (dynojet run) files and the older version of the viewer to see hp and tq;

Is it possible to convert them back? I don't have the original files. The DJR files is all he e-mailed me. Is it possible to convert them back to where I could view things like the A/F ratio?

I don't think it is not possible to go from djr to numeric. Too much stuff is discarded. The dyno owner should have your original files.

Thanks... I was concerned that he might have deleted (which I guess is still a posssibilty). I'll e-mail him this week and see if he's still got them.
