Hindle Pipes??? Vincent?

Does anyone know what the difference is in the Step-Hindle and the Brock-Hindle???
I will be calling both of them to see what they say...

I'm going to install a Hindle on a 02-ZX12...but haven't decided if it will be a Brock...or...Step...???

I will post what they say AND my dyno results with the pipe I decide on...after the 10th of July...

HMMMmmm since John's bike is down-for-the-count...
MAYBE??? I'll slap his pipes (Muzzys full-ti) and run it on the dyno (with 100% throttle mapping ) to see what the diff. is?!?!?!
I know the owner-s and know he/they won't care

The step Hindle has divider plates and the Brock does not. The Brock system is intended for internally modified engines, and the step Hindle will make better power on an engine with stock internals.

Kevin, I'm pretty sure that the 2 1/4" setup, is the "other half" of what makes Brock's pipe better than the standard Step Hindle.

1st benefit is the lack of splitters
2nd benefit is that special muffler and I'm wondering if the mid-pipe is special too. (I can't remember)

I also thought that, at least, orginally, the 2 1/4" muffler was only available on the Brock pipe, not any Hindle but that may have changed since the original public offering.

Kevin, the info is on the dragracing forum, but the real question is "What is the owner going to do with the BIKE??" What are you doing to the engine?? Street riding the Hindle is better from off idle to 8K even on a modded engine! From 8 to 11K the Brock has more power! The bigger the engine the better the brock is! When I increase the size of my engine, I plan to "Shorten the divider plate!
