u using an integrator kit right? shoudl be fairly simple. i hate to ask teh obvious, but have u read thru the instructions thoroughly? i dont mean to be insulting, but we are men, and that has been my problem in such situations 80% of the time the only other thing i can imagine is maybe LEDs fuck up the unit. depending on how exactly it's made, i can see that being a problem.

I have an integrater on my 12, followed the instructions and it works fine. I installed some led bulbs and it still worked just flash faster then I liked.
If you bought a motorcycle integrater and have the instructions call their help line. I had problems with the integrater install on my Mille R and the lady I spoke to on the phone was extreley helpful. I described the symptoms and she told me exactly what was wrong and what to do. Fixed me up in less then a minute.

Zhoo:
Are you running seperate signals as well??
I am and would like both to flash. Both the signals and the tails are LED.

Yep, have an integrator as well. Mine works fine. Also helped a friend install his integrator. I asked him if he wired it right and he said, "Yeah." So then I went behind him and it was all fucked up.
Check the wiring again. Plus in the instructions there are hints for what to check given what error condition you have.
Bulbs okay?

I've had problems with LED bulbs trying to get them to work with integrators. They work fine with regular bulbs.
