swft,
Your pictures won't work. The IP address you are using (192.169.1.100)is only accessable from within your network.
You need to use your external IP address, and set up port forwarding on your router to forward to the internal IP.

I get a 404 error on the link you posted, but if I remove the "index.html" and use "index.htm" then I can get in.

The link worked for me , but the pics were so big I got bored waiting for them to load. I have cable too!

Make sure your pics are at 72 dpi for the web than reduce them to 50 or 40 % it depend on any photo touch up software.
Keep the big one into your pc and upload the 72 dpi small version , the pic will be much lighter.

yup. i guess u set them for 1024x768 but the browser eats up a min of about 16 pixels horizonally (scrollbar). vertically u lose more of course. i'd say 800*600 is a good bet.

Took the web server down for now. Didn't really plan on running it on this machine. Will prolly bring up my PS2 and serve web pages from Apache over it. Thanks everyone for the feedback! Freek - can you delete this post? Thanks!
