Any gains from cutting off the resonaters for the ram air?

Was wondering the pros and cons too doing this mod. Some people do it, some don't. What do you think?

Tire thread

At least it's not another "which tire is best" thread.

I am trying to remember, but someone posted that they were put there to make better airflow. extremelean or cliff randall or someone like that posted it. cant remember..... : this was the last report I heard.

In the past, nobody has proven that there was any benefit to removing them. this topic has gone back and forth so many times.

with/without

I've tried it both ways; with/without. No gains/loss on the dyno or at the track.
