Yeah........but..... Did they finish in front of the KR Proton????
When I saw that bike (with the new engine) in front of the Kaw I was a little ashamed. Then the MotoGP commentators made light of how long Kaw has had to develop their bike, and that it was running behind the KR Proton in it's newest form. What gives, do they just not have the $$$$ to throw at the bike? Rider??? Or are they actually just that far behind in the technology department???

I'm assuming (?) the racing budget is quit small. We all know how big KHI is, they COULD throw cubic dollars at the race team if they wanted to- even more than Honda does. KHI is bigger! (Makers of Skyscrapers, Oil Tankers, Freeways, aircraft, bulldozers, etc.)
They just gotta get humiliated enough to do so....hello...is anyone at KAW listening? Please throw a few dozen million at the race team, give us something to root for at the GP's....put EBoz on the GP bike (before someone else does!)

Bigger doesn't mean richer...Is Boeing bigger than Microsoft? Well, if you add up physical assets, yes, Boeing is bigger. If you add up net worth, MS is much, much richer. A good example would be last year, when Bill Gates took out some pocket change and bought TEN PERCENT of Electric Boat Shipyards...
