ZX12R Forum

There are two ZX12R websites that I know of. And for some reason the folks from them don't get along. I'd like to be the frist one to extend my hand with a smile and say lets all be friends. And stop the bickering and childish BS.

There is more gained from a common effort than gained when fighting between each site.

Between the two sites we could do great things.

Hmm? I always thought the folks from Labusas and Bikeland got along just fine! Hell, they've camped together at Laguna for two years now!

We all are riders and the website we visit does not make who we are. If anything the fact that we ride 12R Kaws has more to do with our state of mind than where we are from or our jobs or how old we are.

We all share the same great feeling when twisting the wrist. We are all one.

Otis I almost met you last year at Mid-Ohio. You were watching the race not more than 100yds from where I was. I believe if the two sites were getting along we would have had plans to meet up and swap stories and maybe become friends.

I was disapointed we did not meet Otis. But I had no ideal you was there untill after I came home from races and Keith had told me he was talking to you so close to where I was.

...so you think you can type whatever to whomever on these boards and think NO ONE'S going to remember?...I think its correct to say that most of the members here at bikeland treat each other with more respect than some of the other boards I frequent...there is less flaming (if at all) of each other here than at others...not even privately transmitted veiled threats, ya' know what I mean, hmmmm????...

...hey, I'm just callin' it as I see it...and yes, you warrant a little special attention from me for the laughable e-mail you sent me, but no, you're not worthy of a grudge in my books...but I just remember things and mess witcha' here cuz' its convenient...you'll never get PMs from me...its all here or nothing, babeee ...

...and no, I don't think you're going to be able to 'fix' what dale (did) to the pastor or bikeland and labusa...

That's right, I remember that. Mid-Ohio was a trip last year with Justin riding down there with my wife and I. Then he crashed the first day on the way to the track, remember? Do you know that after we did everything for him, brought him food to his hotel room, went and got his med's from the drugstore and all. He never even once called me or e-mailed me or anything. I swear he dropped off the face of the planet. He had no insurance on his bike, a suspended license. Idiot.

Are you going this year? My wife and I have reservations at some new cabins on 288. We'll be at the track on Saturday about 1pm. We should meet. I was going to e-mail Kieth as we get closer.

I have ridden all the roads around the area. I used to live in Cleveland for a while and Columbus for a while and Cincinnati for a while. I've been going to the races there for 10-11 years now and I used to tgo a day or two early to ride. But now with the baby can't really do that when I have two other 5 day trips to hang with these other hooligans down at the Gap.

But Michelle has gone with me to Mid-Ohio for the last 7-8 years so we don't really go tear up the roads together. We' need to be in touch before then and maybe get all of us together for Dinner at the Roadhouse Sat night and then sitting together SUnday for the races. Yeah?

BTW, I am from Toledo Originally and spend a lot of time in Columbus! Mid Ohio was built on a pile of Sewage Treatment sludge, one of the reasons the grass is so green.

On the subjest, Easy wrote a good note to RedElk and DID. and then locked the thread! I personally do not like the Commercial look of the site, but that is how he supports it. I like the people and yes, most are a little newer to the sport than the experts on Bikeland and Labusas, but no problem here!

Last, when I look at the address in Ohio, all I can see is the hill at Mid Ohio where My truck got stuck and the mess at the car wash in Akron where I finally gave up running in the puddles of water to clean it off!

outlaw, u'r definitely missing a big part of the picture. as has been said before, MANY of the members here are also members at dale's site. same is tru of labusas. & i know there's a couple more larger 12r sites (tho not AS large) with a fair amount of shared members. the problems between the sites are with the admins, nothing more. basically i wouldnt stick yer head into it, its just wasted time.

There's good info and good people on both sites.
I have friends who are members on Dale's site, so I post there daily,
well maybe more than that
5200 posts there ( MarkPMB )
and not so many here,
but hey..I could not post ho both sites, could I

I'm just some guy who posts about our bikes and other crap.

The politics have nothing to do with me or my posts.

Enjoy both sites and let the admins work out their own problems.

LaBusas is good for the Gallery

See ya here...or there.....

Agreed Otis.

Vinnie the Shitstain Hill is not the sewage site It is a hill that has a average grade up to top and then it just drops off. Anything over 50 and you are airborne. It will make you pucker real hard.

I believe both sites have great members. I do believe that.
