Gixxerkart

Apparantly these guys have strapped on a Gixxer 1k engine to a kart chassis.

Gixxerkart

Stoopid fun, but it looks to me like a 600 engine would be more 'useful'.

Considering a CR250 powered shifter cart runs within a couple tenths of a second of the same lap times as a CART car on some of the Road Race courses....... a GSXR1000 powered cart must be a few steps past insane!

Dude was short shifting the hell out of it and still sliding all over the place with moderate throttle. Looks like he needs a bigger track, too!

I'll bet a 600 engine would be more fun - you MIGHT even be able to stretch it legs a little.

I relate this to my Raptor on a Fire Road. With it's 38 or so horsepower on the greavel it is essentially always looking for a place to spin. A shifter cart is probably to same footprint give or take a few inches only with a 120 more hp in this case!!

that was a howl to watch! guy looked like he was driving an outlaw on teh dirt he was driftin so much. dont think i'd wanna do that in a cotton hoodie tho :o

they sure ate thru tires quick. the text at the end was basically saying "if u can supply tires, please email us. we could use u badly". definitely looks like a howl. they need to go to depart the cart platform if they wanna get that think goin faster tho, like put some bigger tires on it, and place them a little wider and father apart. of course, then u start beefing everything else up, and next thing u know u got an f2000 car.
