Anyone know if the motor out of 91 c will go in 93d frame, someone said trans is diffrent,

Should be fine. The differences are internal only.

If I remember right the biggest difference is to use the front sprocket that came from the motor. C and D model have different front sprockets and you have to use the one right for the engine, not for the frame.

Yes the C model has a big offset front sprocket. The D model is flat..
