damn cowboy, given the amount of retard & fuel we gave it, i'da thought it would make more than 15hp diff. go figure.

You need to get your ass dyno in for service if you can't pick up on a 15 hp drop.

I sure as hell can feel it when I hit the button to retard the timing 6 degrees on my bike at WOT. (you get a sinking feeling knowing your bottle is empty at this point)

Yes YCIS,when i rode waynes bike and it was mapped for nos with added fuel and retarded 6 degrees it was very noticeable.Maybe the map is adding fuel but not retarding timing??I have to do the dyno with a sniffer to still make sure.
Zooligan or anyone else running the high pressure fuel pump.Do you know exactly what %more fuel it pushes so i could just drop all the fuel values in the map that much??This map feels real good right now(Vincent+Lawsons map off the zx-12r site)and i am going to install the muzzy pump next week

Fish wheres your proof that Dyno Jet makes Yosh Box? Anybody can say RCA makes toasters and TVs out og the same plant but I have to see proof frist.

I'm a show me kind of person.

Show me your proof?

Copyright is a patent deal. that don't mean the same company makes them with the same materals. Its just the ideal or theory.

That notice could be there because Yosh may ahve wanted to use a portion of DJs design that they copyrighted. It could be something as simple as the serial hardware. Or anything. All it takes is one tiny portion and they have to put on the notice.

I know for a fact that it happens to say that, folks... I'll grab a pic fer ya in the next day er so... ... (sorry I'm busy with werk.. (real werk) )..

Ted... yer wrong on this one...

Zx12R... I'm not making this up.. I'm simply stating a fact....

the Yoshbox is pure 100% DJ ..

And people here owe DJ a HUGE apology as they continue to innovate and create excellent products.

BTW The failure rate on the PC3 has been less than 2 per 80000 units. That's way better than the clutch on the 12... and a lot of other things people here happen to own.

Lets just say that I know what I'm talking about on this one.

Sorry man..but ive known at least 5 people personally who have had problems with PC3 or PC3Rs.....and read about a dozen more people who have had problems.

So lets take 15 people...x 80000

Thats 1.2 MILLION powercommanders.

Now perhaps im just not looking at the grand scheme of things...but I cant believe there are that many powercommanders in existance.

Are you guys counting all the failures that were caused by install error (owners crushing the wiring harness and shorting out the unit) as being DJ's fault? Let's talk about REAL failures and not a mistake that was made by someone when they installed the unit.

I was recently at a shop, brand new R6. Brand new USB PCIIIR for the R6. Watched a professional race mechanic install the PCIIIR as per instructions. The PCIIIR lasted exactly 1 cycle of the igniton key. Watched removal of said PCIIIR. Bike started and ran great after removal. Nuff said.

My apologies... I contacted DJ and the actual failure rate for the PC3 is 1-3%... I misread the # when I posted the "2 in 80K" figure ....

never the less... the unit does work.... and guess what... the unit inside the Yoshbox IS a powercommander...

Sell my stocks? You just bought a powercommmander Cowboy...

How many companies in the world do you think there really are that specialize in this product anyways?

BTW... . Yosh ISNT one of them... they just stick their name on it and jack ya fer some more cash...
